- How does DirectLoop work?
- By filling out the necessary forms and paying a $20 annual fee, you become a
DirectLoop member. As a DirectLoop member you are entitled to a discount of
up to 25% on the products that we carry and access to products and partner
deals that you can't get anywhere else. And your membership fee will pay for
itself if you purchase $200 of product over the course of the whole year! - How do I cancel my membership?
- Call us and we can cancel your membership for you. We will discontinue any
autoshipped products and will not bill your credit card. If you choose to cancel
your membership within the first 30 days, we will also issue a refund on your
membership fee and on any unused merchandise.
However, please keep in mind that your membership discount is good on
anything we sell with no minimum to buy- for the entire year. - I've heard you're about to offer 'Product X'?
