How does DirectLoop work?
By filling out the necessary forms and paying a $20 annual fee, you become a
DirectLoop member. As a DirectLoop member you are entitled to a discount of
up to 25% on the products that we carry and access to products and partner
deals that you can't get anywhere else. And your membership fee will pay for
itself if you purchase $200 of product over the course of the whole year!

Should you choose to sponsor other people by bringing them into DirectLoop you
can earn a monthly incentive as well as a percentage of those member's
purchases. See the About page for details.


Do I have to sponsor anyone?
No.


How much do I have to buy?
In order to be eligible for sponsorship incentives in any given incentive period,
you must purchase product during that period. Some members find that our
autoship feature works for them- we can arrange to ship an order to you
automatically every month. You'll never have to stop by the feed store on your
way out of town hoping they'll have a rope you can use.



Do I have to take Autoship? Can I cancel it?
Autoship is optional . If you have an autoship order and wish to cancel it, simply
call us.


How do I cancel my membership?
Call us and we can cancel your membership for you. We will discontinue any
autoshipped products and will not bill your credit card. If you choose to cancel
your membership within the first 30 days, we will also issue a refund on your
membership fee and on any unused merchandise.

However, please keep in mind that your membership discount is good on
anything we sell with no minimum to buy- for the entire year.
